Shadowgate Returns

Posted by Steve Hannley on 21 May 2012

Shadowgate, the franchise that I constantly confused with Shadowrun, is making its return after ten years and numerous cancelled projects. An update of the original game, Shadowgate 25th Anniversary is set to be released on iOS and Android devices sometime this year.

According to developer/publisher ZOJOI, the game has been updated with new puzzles and hi-resolution artwork, but will still “retain the essence of the original”.

Shadowgate could certainly be fun on the go and I applaud them for not getting this released via Kickstarter. Ambitious!

One day I plan to expose my child to no American history besides what they can pick up from playing Assassin's Creed III. Then I'm going to drop him or her into a Social Studies class and mildly enjoy the outcome. I'm going to be a great father.
