You followed along when Hardcore Gamer brought you the play by play NCAA Football 2013 Heisman cover contest. Now here’s a tiny bit of payoff via playtime as EA sports announces the official release of the playable demo! If you can pull yourself away from all the glorious E3 news this week, plop yourself down in front of your systems and play away!

The demo is pretty generous with six different playable teams and three different stadiums. Check out Kansas State @ Baylor. Anyone wonder if this was especially chosen to showcase Baylor alumni, Heisman winner, and ½ 2013’s cover, RG3? Or perhaps EA already created a digital version of the new Baylor stadium? If you fancy, run through the Oregon @ USC demo. Lastly, relive the whipping or avenge the embarrassing loss: whatever you decide, tackle the last of the gameplay trifecta with the Alabama @ LSU demo. Either way, there are only a few more weeks before EA releases NCAA Football 2013.

NCAA Football 13 will be released for both 360 and PS3 on July 10th, 2012.
