If you were a fan of Avalanche Studios’ immense open-world action adventure, then Square Enix has a treat for you. The publisher has announced that for anyone who has played Just Cause 2, they will obtain an additional outfit that will be available and stored in Wei Shen’s safehouse. This features Rico Rodriguez’s trademark King of Chaos appearance and will give players a boost of the action hijack ability. This will allow Shen to jump onto mobile vehicles at a greater range. Now throw in that grapple hook and we got ourselves a whole new game!
How this will work is, as long as you own a Just Cause 2 save file on the system you purchased Sleeping Dogs for, the game will automatically detect it and register it. So it’s best to match up that specific platform. Sleeping Dogs will be out August 14th, 2012 and will be available on the Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.
