Today, a “leaked” photo of a GameStop flyer has been circulating online with many in the media speculating that it’s revealed the Wii U launch titles. Unfortunately, this isn’t the case. Ignoring the fact that it’s a sidebar on one page of a pamphlet, no release dates are listed. It simply states “holiday” or “launch window”. It’s common practice for GameStop and other game retailers to release preliminary lists of upcoming titles for newly launched systems.

In reality, the list is simply copies from a photo on Nintendo’s E3 Press Site. If you take a look at their list, not only are all the titles and release windows the same, but the games are even in the exact order.

While we’d all love to know what games will be available for the Wii U launch, this simply isn’t it.
