Late last night, the above trailer hit youtube seemingly hinting at the official announcement of GRiD 2 on August 8th. The original GRiD was released four years ago, and is one of the finer racing games this generation. While it lacked the Pro Race Driver moniker in North America, it was given it elsewhere and just like that series, delivered some exciting action amid a variety of racing modes including street racing, touge, and even stock car driving. The idea of that same concept being released with a more modern sheen and even more racing types has me almost salivating.
