Take a Look at the Building of Assassin’s Creed III

Posted by Adam Beck on 23 Aug 2012

Assassin’s Creed III is one of the most anticipated games of the year, offering a significant upgrade from its predecessors, so maybe some gamers want to know how it was built. Unlike most collector’s editions, Assassin’s Creed III’s making-of videos are completely free of charge and will be uploaded online as a four-episode set. Today marks the first release of the series, titled “Making a Masterpiece,” taking a look at the general overview of the development process, along with capturing the horror of the American Revolution.

It’s always good seeing how something was made and all the effort that was put into it as gamers can forget how much work is required to make a video game. There are thousands of man-hours, behind-the-scenes controversies and the little minute details developers strive to bring to the consumer. Being that most Ubisoft products now pass through the hands of hundreds of individuals, it’s always interesting to learn about the development side of things.
