Philadelphia Eagles Get Angry

Posted by Steve Hannley on 27 Aug 2012

Do you need another Angry Birds version to play? No? Too bad, as the NFL is now involved with the franchise. Teaming up with Rovio, The Philadelphia Eagles will launch an exclusive free-to-play version of the game September 4th on their Facebook page. The game will feature 16 levels, each unlocking weekly during the NFL season.

Great idea to get returning traffic to their Facebook, or get non-Philideplhians interested in the team (that’s right, I said it). Hopefully, other bird-affilated teams follow suit, such as my beloved Arizona Cardinals.

Just don’t let Michael Vick know about this. He may get ideas.

One day I plan to expose my child to no American history besides what they can pick up from playing Assassin's Creed III. Then I'm going to drop him or her into a Social Studies class and mildly enjoy the outcome. I'm going to be a great father.
