If you didn’t buy Dragon’s Dogma for the Xbox 360 (which I don’t know why you wouldn’t), then you were unfortunately left out of the packed-in Resident Evil 6 demo. Fortunately, Capcom is making things right as the Japanese company has announced today that a brand new demo for the upcoming action-horror title, different from the one we already got, will be available to everyone starting September 18th. You’d think Capcom would spread the love and put this exclusively for the Playstation 3, but thankfully it will be accessible for both platforms. Also note that owners of the Playstation 3 version of Dragon’s Dogma will have access to the demo that was released on the Xbox 360 tomorrow.
Resident Evil 6 will be released in less than a month and anticipation is already building. With up to four-player cooperative play in specific instances, four alternative storylines to play, and a variety of gameplay modes and features, Resident Evil 6 is shaping up to be one of the biggest hits of the year. Now hopefully we get as solid of a PC port as Resident Evil 5 was.
