Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath Gets HD Update

Posted by Steve Hannley on 13 Sep 2012

If you’re still playing Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath seven years after its release, your devotion is being rewarded (also, call us for a job). Developer Just Add Water has added an HD update to the FPS via Steam. The whopping 3GB patch is free for those who already own the game and will be included with all new purchases. If you don’t already own Stranger’s Wrath, it’s worth grabbing with the Steam sale knocking the price down to just $6.99.

Let the Boombats fly.

One day I plan to expose my child to no American history besides what they can pick up from playing Assassin's Creed III. Then I'm going to drop him or her into a Social Studies class and mildly enjoy the outcome. I'm going to be a great father.

It took them that long!? I though it was in the Steam game already, and I’d just been lazy about checking it out. The original idea was that the PC HD update would hit at the same time as the PSN version. Guess that didn’t happen.
