We were wondering when the live-action internet series, Forward Unto Dawn, would start as Halo 4 is only a month away from release. Finally, the first part of Microsoft’s campaign has been debuted and it sure is well produced. Great cinematography, solid special effects and well acted for an internet series, Forward Unto Dawn will raise the hairs of any Halo fan. While it definitely isn’t as action packed as we’ve come to expect from the Halo franchise, 20-minutes of character development should lead to some great tension and firefights.

Hopefully this will push the idea to resurrect the potential of a Hollywood Halo film forward, but until then we have this. Stay tuned each Friday for new episodes up until November 6th when Halo 4 is released worldwide. It will show if 343 Industries can truly carry the Halo name forward, which from what we’ve seen, is more than likely.
