Even More Beheadings in Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge

Posted by Adam Beck on 25 Oct 2012

While Ninja Gaiden 3 was considered a huge disappointment when it was released on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 earlier this year, Nintendo and Team Ninja are looking to rework the system in order to have an enjoyable core action game for the Wii U’s launch. In the mean time, though, Nintendo has released a brand new trailer of the upcoming game, mainly consisting of dark and bloody gameplay footage.

We’ve already seen the purple-haired ninja Ayane receive her time in relaxation, so this time Ryu stretches his legs with some good ol’ dismemberment and decapitation. This will arguably be the goriest and most violent game Nintendo has published, and it might do them some favors. We only hope they were able to help Team Ninja straighten out what was wrong.
