A Handful of Bloody Screenshots for Killer is Dead

Goichi Suda (or Suda51 as many have come to know him by) is one of the wildest developers out there, and his next game looks to keep to his over the top antics. A handful of new screenshots have been released today, showing off Killer is Dead’s beautiful bloody artwork. There’s just something about hacking and slashing away at giants and crazed men that’s oddly appealing.

The game definitely has a bright and lively art style that many current generation games seem to lack. Its cel-shading techniques certainly help, but it’s the amount of blue and red that’s being used that gives it a strong attraction. Killer is Dead is scheduled for a summer launch in Japan with a North American release pending.

They are beautiful shots, but I’ll keep my expectation a bit low. Enjoy Lollipop chainsaw, but didn’t dig SotD too much, and as mentioned before, not big on the salary man’s design, but I do love some Suda 51
