The Dead Space franchise has never been known for its storytelling elements. Even the second game, which had a couple of interesting characters, was mainly about how the gameplay and combat had evolved in two short years. With that said, what Visceral Games has done is laid down a framework to work off of, especially with Isaac and Ellie’s relationship.

EA Games has released a brand new trailer today, this time teasing some of the story moments you can expect when the game hits next Tuesday. One of the more obvious differences is that there’s more characters involved with the story; some hating Isaac and some forced to work with him. Regardless, there seems to be more of an emphasis on the story this time around, and that’s never a bad thing.
