Being a huge Disgaea nerd, I get all excited and joyful when Nippon Ichi releases anything related to the series. That’s just what happened today as the Japanese company has published nearly fifty new screenshots (and some artwork) for their upcoming game, Disgaea Dimension 2, showcasing some new moves and colorful gameplay. This is one game that can be played over and over again as diving into any item and fighting the monsters that reside in it is far beyond entertaining.
Disgaea Dimension 2 will be out in Japan on March 20, 2013 exclusively for the Playstation 3, and at a later date for North America — which hopefully will be sooner rather than later.

very clean, even all the action shots
This is everything I enjoy about the Disgaea series! It has the same looks as the previous games, with plenty of equations and statistics for the math geek in us all. This absolutely needs a port to a handheld. I mean, the graphics don’t take up much space. Come on NIS, put it on my 3DS!
