Joining the ranks of first and third Metal Slug games is Metal Slug 2, released today for Android and iOS for $3.99. Much like the previous two titles, Metal Slug 2 features a full arcade mode as well as mission mode, which allows previously cleared stages to be played separately. The release also features multiplayer via Bluetooth, network ranking and customizable controls including the ability to bring the buttons outside of the game screen area in window mode.

As someone who just recently paid $50 for an original MVS cart, I can confirm this is a steal (and conversely not for me) so long as you can handle the touchscreen controls.
