It’s been a long time since Microsoft announced that they were releasing Bungie from their grasps as a first party developer, but we finally get to see what they’ve been working on for the past few years. Bungie’s Activision published game, titled Destiny, has received a video documentary today, teasing only a small portion of what’s to come in this multi-game deal.

Bungie’s decision to choose Activision as the publisher will certainly pay off as this is a company that knows how to advertise and has a ton of resources at their disposal. Destiny is an ambitious take on a futuristic MMO-style first-person shooter that’s scheduled to be released on the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and potentially next-generation consoles at an unknown time. I’m sure Bungie fanatics are biting their nails in anticipation.
