Gears of War: Judgment Season Pass Detailed

The next installment into the Gears of War franchise is three weeks away, but Microsoft and Epic Games are already anticipating a multitude of downloadable content. It has been revealed through Epic’s blog today that Judgment will be receiving a Season Pass for 1600 Microsoft Points, something everyone seems to be selling, and a trend I hope is left in the dust next-generation.

Included in the pass will be two add-on packs that are filled with six multiplayer maps, two modes and extra skins for your weapons and armor. Additionally, purchasers will be given these packs earlier than anyone who buys them individually, not to mention a double XP boost and exclusive skins. If you’re expecting to play a lot of Gears of War: Judgment’s multiplayer, something I did with the first two games, then $20 isn’t a whole lot in the grand scheme of things.
