Wait, what day is it again? God of War: Ascension is still two weeks away from launch, but that isn’t stopping SCEA from releasing a launch trailer for the highly anticipated character-driven action title. Set for its March 12 release date, Ascension tells the tale of when Kratos was still a loving father and husband prior to the first game. He was human back then and while still capable, very much vulnerable.

Not to be a downer but, surely this isn’t the best Sony has to offer in terms of promotional videos. Launch trailers usually get you pumped up for something that’s just shipped to the market (or soon to be), but this lacks that impact. That may be my single opinion though, so speak your minds.
