The SyFy Channel doesn’t always have the best shows or movies on the air, but their latest series Defiance hopes to gain some edge. The events in the show are directly connected to its video game counterpart and vice versa, allowing thousands to go online searching for alien technology in the San Francisco area. Customize your character with high tech weaponry and amazing abilities or improve your skills by participating in massive co-op battles in this game developed by Trion Worlds.

The entire game will be available April 2 with the television show debuting on April 15, allowing interested players to get a head start.
