  • Rocketfall

My favorite indie game of the year has to be Terraria. I know it didn’t actually launch this year, but it did on the PS3, where I spent countless hours exploring the depths of the earth and the different ecosystems, fighting some cleverly-designed bosses, and building massive castles and underground tunnels. I’m dying for it to come out on the Vita– it seems like the perfect fit for a portable title.

Super Motherload follows in the same spirit of digging, so I’d love to try it out, too!

LOL! I think that you should not buy a PS4 or Xbox One at the moment and of course I have reasons for saying that. You can see it here: http://lovingtheclassicsreviewsite.net/trend/why-you-ought-to-wait-before-purchasing-an-xbox-one-or-ps4/

My favorite indie game was The Impossible game. The reason was because even though it was one of the most frustrating game anyone could ever play, it kept players going. You would think that after several attempts people would either get bored of the game or call it stupid because of it’s simplicity, but I on the other hand loved it. It wasn’t just a game that you needed to get to the end of the game, it was a game that involved, patience, memory, and good reflexes. A game like this kept me going for hours because after every mistake I made, I was force to quickly learn where the mistake was made, and how to overcome it. I saw myself playing this game as a brain teaser because it involved me to think and adjust to the beat everytime I lost. With over 500 attempts, I noticed not did I get halfway through, but I was learning. So pretty much what Im saying is that even a simple game that utilizes a single button throughout the game, can still offer more then what you really think it can do.

Antichamber was my favorite indie game from this year. It’s a really unique puzzle game – I love the way that it makes you disregard your normal thought processes when solving puzzles.
