UK Charts: FIFA 14 Ends 2013 At The Top

FIFA 14 got a resurgence last week in the UK managing to topple Call of Duty: Ghosts from the top spot.  EA’s massive sports franchise continued to lead with Call of Duty: Ghosts still right behind.

Last week was the last full week of 2013.  2014 begins in just a few days and brings with it a fresh new month of games.  Looking back, 2013 has been a strong year for games, especially in the UK.  To date, The Last of Us holds the record for holding onto the #1 spot.  It lasted six consecutive weeks, the most since Call of Duty: Black Ops II.  Call of Duty: Ghosts looked like it would provide some serious challenge, but FIFA 14 put an end to that.
