Majesco announced today via Twitter that the beloved Double Dragon Neon will be coming to PC via Steam and will finally include online co-op. The game received rave reviews for its silly sense of humor, amusing soundtrack, and ability to serve as a perfect gaming and pop culture time capsule for the late ’80s/early ’90s time period. It’s also a darn fine beat-em-up, and one that anyone who enjoyed the genre in the past will love. It’s actually worth replaying unlike most of them thanks to a level up system, and the inclusion of a ton of collectible items to boost your stats via alchemy. No price point was announced, but $10 seems like a safe bet given that it’s in line with the console release, but you get more for your money now thanks to online co-op.
