First Natsume, then Capcom, then Xseed and now Atlus; all four developers have now officially revealed their E3 hand, showing off what folks can expect to see during next week’s expo. Although some will be disappointed by the lack of Persona 5, the publisher and localization studio is still bringing to the table several titles that fans have been wanting to see more of for quite some time now. Thus, on display will be the following games:
- Persona 4 Arena Ultimax (PS3/360)
- Persona Q (3DS)
- Persona 4: Dancing All Night (PS Vita)
- Abyss Odyssey (PC, PS3, 360)
- Citizens of Earth (3DS, Wii U, PC, PS Vita, PS4)
- *Unannounced Title* (PC, PS Vita, PS4)
Iconic character designer Shigenori Soejima will also be making an appearance at the Atlus booth on June 11 between 12 — 1pm. While there, he will be signing exclusive E3 prints for attendees.
Just taking a look at the publisher’s list of games, it’s interesting to see their seeming shift to more Vita-friendly titles. Over the past several years, Atlus has been a huge supporter of the 3DS, churning out titles such as Code of Princess, Etrian Odyssey IV, Etrian Odyssey: Millennium Girl, Soul Hackers and of course Shin Megami Tensei IV. While it could naturally be nothing but coincidence, we fully expected to see at least one new title for Nintendo’s handheld. Hence, that “unannounced title” has certainly piqued our interest. Of course, check back next week for all the news as it breaks regarding just what Atlus has up their sleeve.
