It was revealed in Famitsu yesterday that Hironobu Sakaguchi’s next game would be a free-to-play JRPG called “Terra Battle.” Besides the fact that Nobuo Uematsu will be composing its music, not much is known about it. So it comes a surprise that a website has already launched for the game — albeit fittingly a teaser site.
Upon heading to the website for the first time, the following text flashes on screen:
“An encounter that will tear away the veil shrouding the world’s secrets and set the gears of fate in motion…”
Before leading into a static screen that says “Terra Battle Coming in 2014 Simultaneous launch on iOS/Android.”
No other image or screenshots appear, as it’s obvious Sakaguchi is playing the cards close to his chest for this one, but it’s encouraging to already see more signs of life.
