EVE Valkyrie Tournament to be First Streamed VR Gaming Event

EVE Valkyrie is a virtual reality game designed for the Oculus Rift and Sony’s Project Morpheus systems. EVE Valkyrie has players pilot space fighter crafts for some intergalactic multiplayer action. A special event called EVE Fanfest will be held in Reykjavik, Iceland. It will not only mark the first public appearance of the title, but it will also be the very first Virtual Reality Video Game tournament to be streamed.

The tournament will be streaming first on the EVE Valkyrie Twitch channel, with the semi-finals and finals streaming on the developer Twitch channel. You can get more information on EVE Valkyrie on its official website, and get details on the event.

EVE Fanfest will take place from 19 to 21 March.
