Being a fan of action-RPGs, especially the isometric kind, I’ve been really excited about Game Farm’s upcoming Vikings: Wolves of Midgard. From the equipment based leveling system to the blood soaked take on Norse mythology, one can’t deny that this upcoming title has some appeal. Apparently, it’s going to be hitting sooner than expected, with a March 24 launch for Steam with Xbox One and PlayStation 4 seeing their versions hit March 28.
The console versions are set to come with both digital and physical versions, with the physical having a bonus of including a digital soundtrack and art book while copies last. The Steam version will be Windows only, but at least fans of extra goodies will not be left out in the cold. In fact, in addition to also receiving the soundtrack and art book in digital form, the PC audience will also be privy to a free DLC pack including some extra cosmetic items. Anyone who wants to preorder on Steam will receive a 15% discount. To go along with this news, publisher Kalypso has released a fresh gameplay trailer. Check it out below:
