Activision and Sledgehammer Games have officially announced Call of Duty: WWII, Call of Duty’s long-awaited return to the World War II era.
Fans have long been waiting for Call of Duty to go back to its roots and Sledgehammer Games is finally delivering. The game will, of course, be boots-on-the-ground, and is likely to release in November. No other details were announced.
More details will be released during the Worldwide Reveal livestream on Wednesday, April 26. The stream will kick off at 10am PDT and feature co-studio heads Michael Condrey and Glen Schofield.
