We’re not going to say the reason we don’t have ads is because advertising is horrible and we refuse to do it. We all know that’s a bunch of bull. The reason you don’t see ads on Hardcore Gamer is simple: we’re not going to show you worthless advertisements. Even though we are a recognized, quality outlet from our days of being a magazine, we’re new to this whole “being a website” thing. We currently don’t have an insane amount of traffic, so we can’t yet attract quality advertisers.

In the meantime, we don’t want to have horribly gaudy pay-per-click ads or ad blocks from annoying businesses littering the site. Thus, we are ad-free. You can thank us by continuing to visit to the site.

Does this mean we won’t ever have advertisements? Of course not. Sites need to have money to exist and ads = money. If you’re curious how we’re surviving without advertisements, click here.
