There are no transports to protect in Mission 3. Mission 4 you do rescue transports falling through the atmosphere of Neptune. Mission 5, 6, and 7 are not escort missions at all. So to summarize the only escort / protect missions presently in the game are the Pluto, Triton and Neptune Atmosphere.
