People who make cracks about the game's name should immediately stop existing.

One of my favorite games (and there’s many) for the Dreamcast was Seaman. Released in 2000, Seaman still seems revolutionary. You were involved in the entire life cycle of the creature, eventually conversing with it via the Dreamcast’s microphone. Even though Seaman is, to put it gently, an odd life form, you really became attached to him as if he were an actual pet.

Review: Resident Evil: Revelations

Resident Evil: The Mercenaries should have never existed. Instead of whetting our appetite for Resident Evil: Revelations, it alienated gamers expecting to get something more than a glorified tech demo. If Revelations didn’t live up to the hype, fallout from fans would’ve been catastrophic to the franchise. Luckily for Capcom, not only is Revelations a strong handheld entry, but also worthy enough for a spot in the pantheon of the main series.

Kid Icarus: Uprising Three Sacred Treasures Trailer

A new trailer has been released that cements Kid Icarus: Uprising’s “must-buy” status. Check out the “Three Sacred Treasures” trailer above which highlights some gorgeous looking environments and strong graphics. With its launch sandwiched between Resident Evil: Revelations and this, suddenly Vita’s advanced graphics don’t seem as impressive.

Metal Gear Solid 3D Demo Coming Thursday

If you’ve been on the fence about buying Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater 3D, you may be able to try it before its February 21st release. Nintendo will reportedly release a free demo to the 3DS eShop this Thursday. No word on what part of the game the demo will cover, but it will support the Circle Pad Pro.

New Code of Princess Gameplay Footage

New gameplay footage from Code of Princess surfaced today. The game looks very Guardian Heroes-y, which makes sense considering developer Agatsuma is made up of former Treasure staff.

Game Gear Titles Coming to 3DS?

Good news for those with second jobs to afford Game Gear batteries; the ESRB has rated two Game Gear games for release on the 3DS Virtual Console. Hopefully this an indication that Sega’s promise for Game Gear VC support will finally come to fruition.
