We’re doing this because we love it. Any prospects of making money from Hardcore Gamer is an afterthought. We can exist without advertising because we have a passionate, devoted staff. Nobody involved with the site is currently drawing a paycheck. In fact, all site-related costs come out of our pocket. We rely on our gigs writing for major publications to bring home the bacon. We eventually hope to make money from our work here, but the focus right now is to deliver as much quality content as we can.
