Splinter Cell Blacklist, the newest entry in the long-running series, made its official debut at Microsoft’s E3 conference. Taking place on the modern-day Iran/Iraq border, Blacklist sees the return of Sam Fisher as he seeks to find the titular blacklist before more assassinations are carried out by insurgent forces.
Included will be Kinect integration, allowing players to seamlessly distract enemies by calling out to them. Unlike most games with Kinect support, this will not simply trigger an in-game event. Instead, enemies will react in real-time to your voice.
Also detailed was Blacklist’s multiplayer, featuring cooperative story missions and the return of spies vs. mercs.
