Hanafuda Cards Back at Club Nintendo

If you were one of the many who missed out on the Hanafuda Cards at Club Nintendo the first time around, you’re in luck. Nintendo has restocked the store with these adorable cards available for those with 800 coins to spare. The set includes 48 plastic Hanafuda Cards featuring Nintendo-themed artwork along with a handsome protective case. Also included is a instruction set on how to play “Koi-Koi”, a basic two-player card game.

Hanafuda, meaning “flower cards”, is a traditional Japanese card game dating back to the 1500s. As Nintendo was founded as a Hanafuda Card manufacturer, the reward is quite appropriate.
