Going Non-Lethal in Splinter Cell: Blacklist

While people may have complained over the stronger emphasis of action over stealth in Conviction, the same reaction is being pushed on Blacklist, especially considering Ubisoft’s marketing and demonstrations. Today we are guided through a demo showing off the variety of non-lethal takedowns that Sam Fisher is capable of. People may have the idea that the game will be pure action (and there certainly is the option), it actually contains a number of silent and pacifist moves well acquainted with series.

While Michael Ironside has gone MIA, at least the stealth and hiding in shadows still remains partially the same as this looks to be a lot more Splinter Cell than the last game ever was. Splinter Cell: Blacklist will be released early next year for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC platforms.
