Outside of Far Cry 3, there’s simply not a game that contains as much to do as Assassin’s Creed III. And by “do”, we mean kill. Not only was the beloved assassination gameplay intact, but the environments to do it in were as big and ever, seemingly living and breathing with realistic NPCs to shove blades into. If that weren’t enough, the series added hunting and naval battles, rendering it one of the largest games in sheer scope ever created. Add modern day infiltration missions on top of that (such as parachuting from the top of a crane on a skyscraper) and you have a summer’s worth of blockbusters rolled into one stunning video game.
