It was rumored earlier today that Team Ninja’s recently released Wii U “exclusive” would be shifting onto competing consoles, but now it looks all but confirmed. Reported by the Japanese blog GameNyarth, claiming to have the latest issue of Famitsu, it has been revealed that Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge will be hitting the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 on April 4, 2013 (at least in Japan).
In the short information-dump, it’s said that the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 versions are to receive a new mode called “Ninja Trials” that will introduce 25 unique challenge missions. Additionally, new costumes will be available, along with all of the upgrades and downloadable characters seen on the Wii U version. No other information was given, but at least it’ll be slightly better than that disappointing mess of a game that launched last March.
