Coming up on its release in nearly two months (time sure flies), The Last of Us continues to impress in both character performance and visual aesthetics. On the last development series video, we saw the gruesome and completely disgusting monsters that now inhabit the world. This time, we get a look at the beautiful environments that have been finely crafted to suit the fiction.
Similar to a game such as Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, after mankind has fallen, the wildlife and nature have begun to take over what is rightfully theirs. There’s just something about seeing giant human-made structures being engulfed in plant-life that has a certain beauty to it. Be prepared for the end when The Last of Us hits store shelves on June 14, exclusively for the Playstation 3.
