Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed Coming to Ultrabook

Ultrabook, the Intel tablet/laptop portable hybrid, will soon be home to a certain chilidog eating blue hedgehog. From Sumo Digital, developers of the original released, Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed  has been tailored for the platform to ensure optimization of the hardware and touch screen functionality. While the laptop configuration allows for straight-forward gameplay, the tablet setup makes full use of both touch and tilt controls.

“The high-quality screens really let the colors pop, plus the touch screens are smooth and sensitive, and the tilt sensors give you immediate and accurate control,” said Executive Producer Steve Lycett. “Tie all this together with a lot of processing and graphics power, and much more memory compared to what even the latest console has, and you’ve got a recipe for a great gaming experience.”
