Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD to Possibly Include International Content

The HD release of Final Fantasy X and X-2 is just around the corner. After years of being merely talked about, Square Enix finally pulled the trigger earlier this year and announced that the game would launch in 2013. Outside of knowing that the games would be fully remastered in high-definition, though, details on the bundle have been pretty sparse. Of course that’s been the case, until now. Recently, Best Buy Canada posted the game’s profile on their website that unveiled some interesting bits of information. In the listing, it says the following:

Contains content not previously released in North America, including the optional superboss “Penance,” the “Eternal Calm” video that bridges the gap between the two titles, the “Last Mission” dungeon with 20+ hours of battle and story, and bonus dresspheres and garment grids

Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD is shaping up to be one hell of a re-release. Now all we need is a concrete date on the game’s launch, and we’ll be quite content.
