While it may have taken Gran Turismo 5 an excruciating amount of time to be developed, the same can’t be said about its successor. Earlier today, whispers about GT6’s potential announcement were circulating around the internet, and while we just hate rumors, this one happens to be true. While everyone was expecting a new Gran Turismo game to hit the next generation platform, SCEA has confirmed today that the sixth installment into the beloved racing simulator franchise will be out on the Playstation 3.
Gran Turismo 6 will sport over 1,200 cars, 33 locations, a course maker, a new game engine & physics engine, and so much more. GT6 will be out sometime this holiday season exclusively for the Playstation 3.
