GTAV Launching With Two Special Editions

One of the most highly anticipated games of the year (if not this generation) will, not surprisingly, be receiving a special edition and collector’s edition when it launches in late summer. Rockstar Games has priced and detailed both of these packages to be somewhat compelling offers to their most dedicated community:

The special edition will be priced at $79.99 and include a steelbook case, a 21.5″ x 26.75″ blueprint map, an in-game ability boost, stunt plane aerial trials, bonus customizations for each character, and additional weaponry.

The collector’s edition will be double the price at $149.99 and will include everything the special edition has, with the addition of a collectible box, a security deposit bag & key, a New Era 9FIFTY Snapback cap, classic character models for online customization, and unique vehicles and garage properties.

To be honest, $149.99 is a little much for all that, but if you’re a hardcore Grand Theft Auto fan, this might please you. Grand Theft Auto V will be out on September 17 for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Here’s also hoping Rockstar listens to their fans and release the game on PC, as well.
