One of the most talked about games at E3 this year was Tango Gameworks’ The Evil Within, claiming to be a return to the roots of survival horror. It was so popular that, even though it was only shown behind closed doors, people couldn’t hold their excitement and started to leak footage. Now that it has been many months since the convention, Bethesda has published an extended look at some of the gameplay featured in the horror title.
The only thing that really urks me is that, after becoming injured and hobbling through most of the level, Sebastian Castellanos seems to have made a full recovery in the next scene. How it will actually play out will be determined when The Evil Within is released sometime next year for current generation and next generation platforms.
