21 hours, $10k to go, Neverending Nightmares Cutting it Close -Update: Funded!-

Remember Neverending Nightmares? Its Kickstarter campaign has gotten a good amount of coverage this month, not only here but at just about any gaming site you can mention, and the clock is running down for it to meet its funding goal. 21 hours, $10,000 to go, and honestly it looks like it’s going to make it at the rate the numbers are going.  Still, that’s a long way to go and a short time to get there, but we’re gonna do what they say can’t be done.  Hopefully.

If you like horror, deeply personal storytelling, unique visuals, and seeing incredible promise develop into a fully-fleshed gaming experience, now would be the time to head over to the Kickstarter and take a look.  The demo doesn’t even take an hour to play, so at the time of this writing that leaves 20 hours to decide whether or not Neverending Nightmares is worth the risk.  We’re waving the pompoms as hard as we can, but a little cold hard cash is what it really needs at this point.

-UPDATE-  And 12 hours later the final take is $106,722 with 3,608 backers!  Congratulations to everyone, both backer and creator, in making this happen.  We’re looking forward to bringing more coverage on Neverending Nightmares when it turns from demo into full game.
