PlayStation Store Update Goes Live – Soul Sacrifice Free For PS+

This week’s PSN Store Update is live and adds one of the Vita’s best games to the Instant Game Collection. Soul Sacrifice offers up a bloody, and funny Monster Hunter experience that can be enjoyed by people who don’t like MoHun and is also one of the best-looking games on the platform. PS4 owners looking for something to enjoy for free can check out a demo for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, which Steve has expressed much love for on the podcast, while PS3 owners can get a PAYDAY 2 demo. Escapevektor gets a $3 price drop, while the two PS1 Oddworld games can be yours for $6 each or in a new bundle for $10.  MGS VR Missions is now available for $6 as well, while Vita owners can buy Ys: Memories of Celceta for $40. The PSP entries in the Yss series 1+2 Chronicles, Seven, and the Oatch in Felghana are all $7.50 instead of $15 – so if you’re on a Ys kick, you can save a lot of money this week.

Other big sale prices include Persona 4 Arena for $15 – which would only be $5 if you kept your PS4’s $10 credit on the account instead of spending it. Other deals are available for $5 outright including Stella Deus , Game of Thrones, , and Alien Breed. PS4 owners with the PS Camera can grab the Toy Maker add-on for free, while PS3 owners can get Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory, Painkiller Hell and Damnation, Saint Seiya: Brave Soldiers, or Super Motherload now. The latter game is cross-buy with the PS4 version, which is great for upgrading systems down the line.
