At the Xbox One reveal event Microsoft promised that within the first year of the consoles availability 15 exclusives would be released. Eight of them would be brand new IPs. Well, it is very possible that one of those titles has accidentally been revealed.
On December 19 Microsoft filed a trademark with the United States Patent & Trademark Office. The application is online and tells as about a game titled “Throne Together.” Unfortunately, the application doesn’t give us anymore information aside from the fact that this will be a game and not a TV show, even though the name sounds like a sitcom.
Xbox One came out swinging with three retail exclusives, though Dead Rising 3 and Forza Motorsport 5 were met with good reception. Ryse: Son of Rome was panned. However, next year is looking quite sparse for Xbox One exclusive games. Adding “Throne Together” into the mix would certainly help bolster the Xbox One’s library.
We’ll keep you updated about this game should Microsoft reveal anything.
