Attention fitness junkies and New Years resolutioners: Nintendo has confirmed that the retail launch of Wii Fit U is set for January 10. The game will be available in two bundles, one including the game, balance board, and Fit Meter (a pedometer that syncs with the game to measure your daily exercise) for a suggested retail price of $89.99, and the other with just the game and Fit Meter, setting you back $49.99. Lastly, you can grab the Fit Meter on its own for $19.99, which also unlocks a complete digital copy of the game when synced with the free trial version, which is available until January 31. Nintendo will be hoping for another runaway success with Wii Fit U, as previous entries in the company’s fitness franchise sold over 20 million copies each. And with the Wii Fit trainer’s inclusion in the upcoming Super Smash Bros. games, it’s the perfect time to reacquaint gamers with the white-skinned mascot.
