2014 D.I.C.E. Awards Nominees Revealed; The Last of Us Leads With 13 Nominations

The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences D.I.C.E. Awards are easily the most prestigious awards in the games industry.  So, it is with great honor that they have revealed the list of nominees for this year’s show celebrating the best games of 2013.

The winners will be announced during the show on February 6 and the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas during the D.I.C.E. Summit.  It will be live streamed at 7:30pm PT/10:30pm ET.

This year the Academy has added in a brand new category; Best Online Game.  Due to it being a new category the nominees didn’t have to release in 2013.

The Last of Us led the nominations with a total of 13 nods.  Other games that garnered multiple nominations include Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, Grand Theft Auto V, BioShock Infinite and Tearaway.
