Chess 2 Coming to OUYA on January 21

Chess is a classic game loved by money, and now the OUYA is getting its own version of it. Chess 2 will be coming on January 21 from Ludeme Games. Basic chess is given a kick with five new armies to master, which change how the existing pieces work. The idea behind the new additions is to make it nearly impossible to memorize an opening and keep you on your toes. The game can be viewed in an overhead or side view, and features some of the best graphics yet on the OUYA. The offline mode will be free to play, and the online mode can be played using in-game currency called crowns. One game costs eight crowns, and 120 crowns can be purchased for $2.
