At NIS America’s press event today, four new titles were announced including Battle Princess of Arcadias, Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited, Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair and Fairy Fencer F. Perhaps the most exciting of these is of course Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited which is a PS Vita re-release of PS3’s Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten. The game will bring with it tons of bonus content including brand new exclusive scenarios, new characters, new music tracks, news sprites and all of the DLC from the PS3 version.
Of course, even though the first title was just released Tuesday, Danganronpa 2 is also a strong contender for most exciting upcoming NISA release considering it’s a sequel to Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, one of NISA’s best reviewed games ever. Danganronpa 2 follow in its predecessor’s footsteps by setting up a killing game, only this time it’s on a deadly island.
Battle Princess of Arcadias is a colorful, high-speed RPG featuring hand-to-hand combat, super boss battles, and tons of weapons and skills. Finally, Fairy Fencer F is a turn based RPG that features concept art by Yoshitaka Amano, character art by Tsunako and music by Nobuo Uematsu, who are all known for their work on Final Fantasy. All four games will be localized in the North American and European markets throughout 2014 and will receive both retail and digital releases, except for Battle Princess of Arcadias, which will debut only on PSN.
Additionally, the releases of Demon Gaze, Mugen Souls Z and Hyperdimension Neptunia: Producing Perfection were all confirmed for North America in April, May and soon, respectively.
