If you enjoy the long history of bad video games, you’ve probably heard of a little game called Shaq Fu on the Sega Genesis and the Super Nintendo. It was a one-on-one fighting game starring NBA great Shaquille O’Neal as he fell into a magic portal to a strange world and has to save a young child by beating up mishmash of enemies.
It was a colossal bomb due to broken controls and cheap AI, but lived on in infamy by those who own a copy (like yours truly) and the internet.
Now, twenty years later, Shaq is back and is seeking your help in getting the sequel off the ground — promised to actually be a competent fighter this time around.
